Harrow Underground Parking

Trinity Surfacing carried out the new binder and surface course to this underground car park for a new residential development in Harrow on behalf of one of our esteemed clients.

With a lot of finishing trades on the site using the underground car park for materials and equipment storage the planning and cooperation with the other trades was key to being able to achieve our clients program commitments.

With collaborative working we agreed and executed the works in phases to allow the other trades to still use the car park for storage.

Over four shifts our crews hand laid a 60mm thick AC20 dense binder course to 2,200m2 allowing the continuous use of the car park to other trades.

We then spent a further two day hand laying a 30mm thick layer of AC10 close surface course to the 2,200m2 to complete the works within the original 5 shift program.
