Trinity Surfacing utilise the Near Miss reporting process which can be sent in via a number of different methods such as using our Near Miss report form on our website that can be filled out anonymously or use our Near Miss report books or report it verbally to a supervisor.
Once a report has been logged it is immediately dealt with by our team who will implement corrective actions accordingly.

Health & Safety Reporting is the right thing to do
Keeping staff members and the public safe whether on site or off site is of paramount importance to us. If you can see a potential health & safety issue arising because of the actions of a colleague, faulty equipment or unsafe practices, it is your duty to yourself, you colleagues and the public to report this issue. Reporting H&S issues as early as possible is important to help prevent any injuries, or future incidents from occurring again.
