Newhall Harlow Ulti Colour Surfacing

On behalf of one of our esteemed clients and the local estate managers we successfully completed the resurfacing of all the roads car parks and footways at Newhall Harlow using Tarmac Ulti Colour Buff colour in a 10mm and 6mm surface course.

After agreeing a phased program of works with our client and the local community we planed out the existing parking areas to a depth of 40mm and resurfaced them in single shifts to minimise disruption to the local community.

Once all the parking areas had been resurfaced we them moved on to resurfacing the local footways and adjacent roads again at one road per shift to minimise disruption.

We completed these works ahead of the scheduled program and on budget whist maintaining full access and parking for the local community.
